‘Held Here, With Love’ is a project created for everyone with feelings. Sometimes, we as people aren’t sure how to express how we feel. Our feelings sometimes feel less than, or not even validated to others, and most importantly ourselves.
This is a project anticipated to be long lasting. Each month there will be a new prompt, so everyone can come back with a refreshing take on getting comfortable with their emotions. Letting go is more powerful than holding on.
All submissions are anonymous, always. This alleviates the stress and anxiety surrounded by sharing.
The prior prompts will remain archived forever. Anyone can look back on what they have shared previously, along with reading all the others shared anonymously.
The reason for it all being clumped together, is to reassure there is a communal connection that isn’t fully embraced in real time. This way everyone gets to see that they aren’t alone and that isolated emotions need a chance to rest side by side with all the other words that have been left unsaid.
‘Held Here, With Love’ is more than a project, it is a community. We hope you can join this one to make it one of the best.
